TV didn't work for 2 nights, on checking out they did deduct some resort fees which was really good on their part. Even when we requested the room to be cleaned no one came. Out of the 5 nights we were there our room was cleaned only once. The hotel is fabulous, has everything you could want, its on the strip, so very central, theres lots of restaraunts and shows and shops, family friendly nd the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially because we had a ten year old with us. We stayed in the MGM as a family in October.
